Clipboard button doesn't work #198

The clipboard cannot be opened by clicking the button at the bottom of the data chooser.

I think this feature is working. By default, if no other wave panel is selected on clipboard it looks for last 3 minutes of data. I did notice that for those stations where data isn't current, like those that I pull from overseas, there is no data and you get 'No wave data for xxx'. Most domestic stations with up to date data will paste a wave panel into the clipboard with data in it using the clipboard button at bottom of the data chooser. So long as data exists for the selected time, or the last 3 minutes when no time is selected, it seems to work for me.

Actually, now I see the difference. In some cases you get an empty wave panel and in others there is 'No wave data' when you should probably get an empty panel. I'll dig around a bit more.

That makes sense. The original report came from a use who expected the clipboard to become visible when the button was clicked, even when no data source was selected. That might be a good idea, but it is different than how the other buttons work.
