Show event classifications in the image capture. #204

Follow up to #199, the image capture does not show the events displayed in tag mode. Stephanie would like to be able to see them in the image if tag mode is enabled.

Now when tag mode is enabled, the helicorder capture button will save image exactly as seen in Swarm. When tag mode is not enabled, markers and tags are not visible. Image is also adjusted to display helicorder in set width and height for best display.
