RSAM in clipboard #232

Seismologists at CVGHM have requested ability to view RSAM data in clipboard.

The clipboard is used to view wave data and does not lend well for RSAM viewing. Additional support for RSAM may be needed, such as giving user ability to scroll back in time (since RSAM monitor is real-time and always updates to current time). Need to discuss with CVGHM and find out more about what they want to do with RSAM in clipboard.
