Helicorder "invalid clip value" error for small one bar range and clip value for RaspberryShake user #309

Details in attached pdf. Wave setting issue fixed in #306.

Temporarily allowing decimal for bar range and clip but it does not seem to help with the display if using manual scale. Seems it has to do with the new multiplier being used. Checking with user to see if it solves his issue or not.

User was able to get the display desired with these changes.
