Installation Problems: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function add() #362

Hey Guys,

I tried to install the SwiftRiver Project, but get the following php error in my apache log:

[error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /var/www/SwiftRiver/application/classes/Kohana/Exception.php on line 28

I'm using php 5.4.9 and apache 2.22
