No database.php.template #366

Hello, I seem to be unable to find the class to connect the UI to the database. I am thus getting a login error when I am starting the application.

I followed the instructions available on the wiki to the point where I need to run this command: cp application/config/database.php.template application/config/database.php

I am able to find all the other classes but am unable to locate either database.php.template or database.php.

Please advise?

Update, I turned on mod_rewrite in both in the virtual host and server wide and it worked. However I am still getting an error when I get to the login page.
