Unable to add new users to Swiftriver #367

We have just installed Swiftriver (http://swift.mozayix.com) and are not able to add new users to the installation. In addition to the error message on the UI the error log shows the following:

--- ERROR: Authorization Failed in /var/www/html/system/classes/Kohana/Request/Client/Internal.php:113

Hey @phdwyer, thanks for the heads up on this, and apologies for the delayed response on this. Pinging @srutto to test, and @ekala to see if he has any ideas on this..

Same error in my application/logs/ I also set to TRUE 'public_registration_enabled' in the application/config/site.php but nothing changes.

Any sugestion / troubleshooting ?
