FrontlineSMS Plugin link out of date #1034

the settings page for FrontlineSMS points to the v1 page - could we update this?

They are on version 2.2.X

This is so because Ushahidi is compatible witH version 1 and not the new version 2.2.X. This is to avoid confusing our users.

Updated the link. Apparently FLSMS works since 2.2 .. it was 2.0 which didn't work
