That's an awesome idea. Could we build PGP into Ushahidi so that the reports themselves are stored encrypted an could then be decrypted client side using JS? That would make Ushahidi pretty darn secure.

@jetherton I've open #603 for encrypting the reports Dealing with just PGP email in should be substantially simpler, and probably a separate bit of code.
