Say you are deploying in New York City and you want the visitor/user to be able to navigate directly to one of the five boroughs. Another example, you want to focus on a number of neighborhoods rather than having to look within the map to just zoom to the neighborhood according to the admin boundaries uploaded by the administrator.
The reason I'm asking for this improvement: I'm deploying in Cairo for an Democratic uraban planning initiative (Cairofrombelow.org) and it would be invaluable for us to give the user the ability to navigate directly to their neighborhood.
I can also see how we would be able to provide a feed of reports based on the admin boundaries.
