Strange unicode formatting in e-mail alerts.

This is of my recently sent e-mail alerts. It looks similar to the formatting below in Thunderbird, with the Unicode Devanagari script bunched into a column on the left, and the English aligned somewhat "normally." My reports are posted with HTML formatting included, but this issue seems to happen regardless of the HTML being used. This issue is making my e-mail alerts appear less professional. Any information would be appreciated.

विषयमा अध्यक्ष जिसीले आफूलाई ठीकपार्ने भन्दै केही पत्रकारलाई फोन गरेको र आफूले सो विषयमा सोध्दा समेत 'मलाई कमजोर नठान्नु' भनी धम्कीपूर्ण उत्तर दिएको पीडित पत्रकार भण्डारीले बताए । 'केही महिना अघिपनि कर्मचारीले श्रम कार्यालय नेपालगञ्जका प्रमुखलाई कुटपिट गरेको समाचार सदभाव दैनिकमा प्रकाशित हुँदा धम्काएका थिए' पत्रकार भण्डारीले भने ।

Editor of the Sadbhav national daily Damodar Bhandari has been

threatened by Padam GC, Chairperson of Government Employees Union Banke and accounts officer at Water Induced Disaster Control Office Nepalgunj.

Bhandari, 32, of NepalgunjN.P.1 is also the publisher of the

newspaper published from Nepalgunj.

GC threatened Bhandari after the newspaper carried a news of GC

transporting paddy in government vehicle published in the October 3 edition of the newspaper. Picture of the office vehicle transporting paddy was also published in the newspaper.

According to Bhandari, GC had told some journalists that he would

'correct' Bhandari. "When I asked him about the threat, he warned me not to consider him weak," Bhandari said.

Meanwhile, Bhandari has filed a complaint at the District

Administration Office Banke on November 2 demanding security and action against the GC.

Revolutionary Journalists Association Banke has condemned the threat

and demanded action against those issuing the threat. INSEC Mid-western Regional Office

They are testing locally before making a pull request.
