iPhone app (Ushahidi) not pulling through categories from existing Crowdmap Classic map #94

Hi all We are using Crowdmap Classic and have a private Crowdmap set up and I have added it to my Ushahidi iPhone app. It is not pulling through the categories we have set up though in the main map and as such is not letting us submit a report. Has anyone had this experience before or does anyone know how to fix it?
