RS - Talked about the design sprint process. Briefly!

Some challenges shared. Context and purpose of the design sprint. Strategically. 75% or great on the design sprint. Do we have build/funding to make it a reality.

25% or less we document this and say it doesn’t ‘work’

Not full sprints but a ‘hybrid’ sprint.

3 weeks to prep for the 1 week design sprint. Concentrate on something big and juicy. Compelling and big.

The more successful designers tend to be those that don’t always go seeking but those that are sought out for the same work.

Pilot version of GDS - Austin & disaster stuff. Storm front. Integrated into emergency response. Someone in IBM adopted it and built into an IBM non-profit endeavour.

29 challenges. Some humanitarian.

Friction & ownership < baggage and luggage of the past. Unless it’s convenient and quick. Learn on their terms.

Can someone platform and surface stuff that say’s his does X. This opportunity exists.

Google design sprint conference.
