Add NZ number support on pingapp.io #123

Can you add an NZ ping #? or at least allow me to send to NZ numbers from the US number? I wanted to set this up for my NZ friends and family but can't till I can ping their local numbers. (NZ is all fault line so ping would be useful)

ping.. any plan for non-us number support? or a way to hook in to SMSSync and use that?
