User stories:

Users need a way to mute RollCalls that are not important to them Users need a way to stop messages from going to a certain contact Users need a way to stop all messages and unsubscribe from an org Users need a way to report a message as spam Ushahidi needs a way to block Spammy accounts: if an org adds too many non-domain connected contacts, if too many people unsubscribe or report spam, if certain keyworks are used too frequently.
