Feedback from a friend at UN-OCHA:

OCHA and any large org will of course have the challenge of keeping the accounts updated. So, integration with company auth services (e.g. UNITED ID for UN) could make things a lot easier management wise.

So for any UN agency to use TenFour, we'd need to integrate Unite ID https://uniteid.un.org similar to Active Directory or LDAP.
