Search for person/group in Check-In authoring modal #189

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a user is adding people to a check-in, they want to be able to find a certain person quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like On "add Check-In" modal give them a search bar that finds that person, they can select that person, and then go back to adding more people.

@caharding Is this different from #1447 ?
