Badges using an icon and a different colour around the profile circle works as recognition/emphasis for now but I would suggest in the future that the TenFour Marshalls have access to alerts or even scheduled check in's just for them to remind colleagues to update details and do routine TenFour training in the company.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. During the Parkland attacks, some TenFour orgs didn't think to first go to TenFour. Instead they picked up other lines of communication. We postulate that this is due to a lack of training and sense of responsibility given to certain people at the org.
Describe the solution you'd like We would like to give certain people "Marshall" badges in departments, where they get to be a part of onboarding to TenFour, to make sure their team is safe. Will require both support documentation and improved onboarding, and a special acknowledgement in someone's contact.
