Add sms opt-out i.e STOP 20880

As a user I want to be able to reply with STOP (all caps) or unsubscribe and my phone number will be unsubscribed from TenFour. This should work just like the email unsubscribe where the # is crossed out and can't be sent to, but is still visible in the contact card.

Requirement/Context: For check-ins sent via sms , we should add an unsubscribe/opt out option - this is a regulation given by the CAK (Communications Authority of Kenya)

[ ] Append STOP on checkins sent via sms on Africa's Talking
[ ] Users who sends an sms with the word STOP stop receiving checkins via sms

@caharding I have spec'd the issue. I assume the user will only stop receiving checkins via sms but can continue receiving from the other channels.
