Links to the wiki are pointed at the wrong domain and 404ing. Links to something like https://uchaguzi.co.ke/display/WIKI/Uchaguzi+Background when they should be https://wiki.ushahidi.com/display/WIKI/Uchaguzi+Background

Figured I should just go ahead and fix this one since it doesn't require any special knowledge. Closing.
