Corner case: clicking on Tranquility browser action icon does not revert to original page #16

This bug is very similar to #14 where a "#" tag in the link prevents clicking on the Tranquility browser action icon from toggling the view back to the original webpage.

Fixed with release 3.0.16 as part of commit 850a374
