Remove "Save As PDF" button from Android versions #19

The Android version of Firefox already has a "Save As PDF" in the "Page" menu of the browser. This functionality saves the contents of the processed view in a nice readable format.

It is a couple of extra clicks but is much better than cluttering the already small screen of an android/portable device with additional buttons/icons. It keeps the view clean (which is the intended purpose of this extension).

Fixed with release 3.0.16 as part of commit 850a374

Removed as per issue description.
