What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1.1.2.1 Service exchange should not be a trade of goods. It is a social 
convention. Exchange between users is not wanted.

1.2.2.3 Counting offered services goes into how and not what. Changing it to 
keep track of may be better. Also do you think the quality or usage of offered 
services should matter.

2.1.2 redundant

Think of What damage can result from failure of this system? What is the 
minimum acceptable level of reliability?

List the required capacities and expected volumes of data in business terms.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
