supply personal info in registration crashes #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login after quick registration 
2.Enter your personal info 
3.Hit send 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Page crashes. It should finish registration and redirect user.

(Works in local but not on titan)
