Adding a new story about a new place #111

When i register to the system, i can't create a new story/place right away. 
Instead, i can go to an existing story (only by search results), and then there 
is "add story" button. 

And when adding a story, i can't mark it on map.

If I logout and Login again after registration, these problems don't occur

Bug cannot be reproduced, we tried to create an account "messi" and created a 
story "test story" successfully. Can you provide more details on your browser 
and operating system configuration?
