Red alert: Intervals not working #11

can only render 15 minute intervals. I assume it is because of the value 6 not starting at 0 as it is doing with the others. Will confirm tomororw by running "2darray.py" script to get values

fusion charts unable to change interval from first interval render. No fault of my own
