customize default track naming #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. record a track
2. Track has US Date by default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The default track naming should be customisable by the user. e.g. I want it to 
be Year-Month-Day 24hour:minutes

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?
v0.5.3

Make/model of your device, and Android version?
HTC Desire
