Add multi-window support for recent Samsung devices

Recent "large screen" devices (with Android 4.1.2 and newer) from Samsung 
support a multi-window/split screen mode. Particularly on tablets and phablets 
on which a number of apps can't use the available screen real estate sensibly 
this is very useful.

Adding support does not require code changes and I'm willing to test any 
version that has been adapted.

Thanks for the suggestion, however because it's only for Samsung devices and I 
don't own one, and because I'm not keen on developing (and maintaining) 
device-specific code, this is unlikely to happen.
