Track is not displayed while logging #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start logging.
2. Choose "Display Track" from menu.
3. You may need to go back to the logging screen and choose "Display Track" 
again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: OSM map, position marker and my track superimposed on the map.
What I see instead: Sporadically, the track is not displayed. IIRC the first 
attempt would usually work and subsequent ones would not, but I cannot tell for 
sure. This started happening only after I upgraded to 0.6.4 (from F-Droid). 
Earlier versions did not have this issue.

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?
0.6.4, downloaded via F-Droid (http://www.f-droid.org)

Make/model of your device, and Android version?
Nexus S (crespo), Cyanogenmod 10.1.2 (Android 4.2.2)

Please provide any additional information below.
So far I have encountered issues only while tracking, not when displaying 
earlier tracks.
