Add the ability for using Blutooth GPS-devices #224

Would it be possible to add the ability to use GPS-information coming in via 
bluetooth?
As the GPS-sensor of my smartphone is rather inaccurate I prefer to use my 
"iBlue BT 747" when I track with Locus Pro.
I really like the simplicity of OSMTracker and consider switching, but the 
blutooth thing would really be necessary for me. (Not NOW, but in the 
forseeable future)

Hi,

This has already been requested as #38 and decided not to implement it, mostly 
because you can already achieve that with external apps
