[BUG] CyberPanel doesn't assign ipv4/ipv6 for second+ site(s) on box in LiteSpeed #1169

Describe the bug It looks like CyberPanel doesn't setup ipv4/ipv6/ssl properly for any additional sites added to a box

To Reproduce What steps did you take when the issue occurred?

  1. Have a site that is already setup properly on a CyberPanel install
  2. Setup another, secondary site in CyberPanel
  3. Notice that you get a 404 LiteSpeed page when going to the secondary site.

Expected behavior CyberPanel/LiteSpeed is properly setting up ipv4/ipv6/ssl on additional site
