[BUG] After executing the upgrade script, cyberpanel admin appears 503 #1171

Important When I run the upgrade script on the server, cyberpanel is not accessible and always shows 503. But the websites that were created before, are working fine.

Describe the bug After upgrading the script, it appears that the problem cannot be localized and access to port 8090 appears as 503.

How can I view the error log about the panel? It's not the website.

@zjcboy in my case with last update after upgrade receive error 500 and not load, but websites are live

solved, in my case was cyberpanel password in MariaDB, after changing in settings.py and run again, now are solved
