[BUG] Themes are not been applied to the Logout page #1251

The themes are a great way to at least customize cyber panel, but they can be added to the login page i.e black theme, but I noticed the https://127.0.0.1:8090/logout has no theme applied.

Themes are made by community and login page is already included in it, if any customization is applied it will apply to login page as well.
