[BUG] When upgrade to Ubuntu 24.04 can not access to CyberPanel Web #1327

Describe the bug I upgraded ubuntu 24.04 from 22.04. And now I cannot access the CyberPanel Web. It gives 503 error.

I found this error but not sure related or not

When I try to get cyberpanel from browser it gives this errors

` To Reproduce Upgrade ubuntu and try to access cyberpanel.

Expected behavior Accessing Cyberpanel

Ubuntu 24 is not supported by CyberPanel.

I got the same error on CentOS 7 - 503 error
