API: ability to search for (non-)existence of fields #105

API queries can only be searched using the values of fields, but there is way to do search operations based on whether a field exists or not. For example, I might want all descriptions which have objects, or all descriptions that have geographic references.

Yes.

To second this suggestion, yesterday I wanted to use the API to count live authority records that had scope and content notes vs. those that didn't to create a priority tree.
