Moderators should be able to (un)moderate contributions from the user contributions page. For each list of contributions (e.g. https://catalog.archives.gov/accounts/dominic1/contributions?contributionType=tags), moderators should be able to remove or restore contributions similar to how the moderators' stream works. In addition, this will require that the user contributions pages display removed contributions to moderator, and also that there be a button on the user profile to allow a moderator to disable an account when viewing it.
