Bring user back to last page after log in #114

After a user logs in, it should return the user to the last page they were at before they clicked "Login." This suggestion came from a researcher at the 5/20/2015 Archives II Textual Reference Roundtable.

@clingerman: I think this is how it should work currently. If any users are running into a situation where this does not happen, it is a defect we should take to the help desk.
