Share saved lists #117

Users should be able to share saved lists with other users or via a permanent link. This suggestion came from a researcher at the 5/29/2015 Motion Pictures Reference Roundtable.

@clingerman: This is already how the catalog is designed. Here is an example of a link that works: https://catalog.archives.gov/accounts/dominic/lists/new

The list pages even have the "Share" button that appears elsewhere in the catalog, with the "Copy link" option.

The only issue with the persistent URL function is that users are able to rename their lists at will, and this breaks links to the old name if they do so.

Oh sweet I'll close this then. Unless you think we want to keep users from renaming their lists?
