Allow "naId" as valid parameter in API #23

Currently, the parameter for specifying a NAID in API queries is "naIds", but this is out of step with all other parameters, since the name of the field is actually "naId". So, we should allow NAIDs to be specified by "naId" or "naIds" (and not remove the latter for backwards compatibility).
