Use glyphicons throughout #25

We had a lot of discussion about using flat Glyphicons from Twitter Bootstrap throughout OPA Prod, but they never made it into the design. I think they may have already been purchased(?). There are many icons which should be switched to Glyphicons throughout the system, including media type humbnail icons, file types, print, arrows, and so on.

Yes, they have been purchased by the Web Program. Sarah Araghi is our contact on the Glyphicons license.

The comment I posted above in Dec. wasn't correct. The Glyphicons license was approved, but was not purchased. @jmischke is working with Sarah Araghi and David Katz to get the license purchased.

Search Tech might not just agree to do a wholesale swap. We'll probably have to specify and maybe rank in priority. Here's start (please edit).
