Full screen option #36

We need to implement a full screen option for images in the content details page, like Pilot has. Hopefully the full screen option can also include a method for scrolling between pages without leaving full screen (by using keyboard arrow keys, at least). We would also want to change the reset icon to something less resembling full screen.
