Export within the UI currently lacks the ability to export full digital objects (as opposed to thumbnails) because this was not in the original requirements. This should be fixed as soon as possible.

I agree that this one should be a high priority. Also, we need to address the fact that the digital objects (as thumbnails) are only being exported within PDF files right now. Do we imagine all export formats (PDF, CSV, JSON, XML, TXT) having a separate zipped file with the full resolution images? Maybe if you select "full resolution images" than it's automatically a bulk export - and you get those files zipped in the package.
