Web pages should be omitted from "Available Online" #61

Currently, web pages appear in both the "Available Online" and "Web Pages" tabs. Considering there is already a tab for web pages, it would make more sense to omit them from "Available Online", so that that tab can be used to exclusively view digitized records. Currently, there is no way to view just digitized records without web pages results mixed in.

Agreed with this. This could be added to our first sprint in addressing the "tab" issues.
