Enter key should work for all text input boxes #62

There are several text input boxes where the enter key does not trigger a submission, including the forgot password/username popups. We may need to do testing to determine others which should be fixed.

One example where this would not be desired behavior would be transcription, where the "return" key is used within the transcription and we wouldn't want that to trigger "save."

"Return" does work for submission of tags on both the content details page and within the contributions work space.

Agree, this was meant to only refer to text input boxes which do not allow multiple lines.
