Better workspace design for transcribing pages #68

Currently, the logged-in workspace view for pages is an empty box (when untranscribed) with a small "Edit" button in the bottom corner that must be clicked in order to activate the text box to begin transcribing:

This was done so that a user does not create locks on transcriptions they are not working on just by looking at them in the workspace, but is very confusing for the users who do want to transcribe.

Could we improve this design so that, for example, this text box looks active and the user can begin typing in it immediately, but it does not become locked until the user clicks to put their cursor in the box. This could potentially be accomplished if the whole box were recolored to white, like the active text input box, and could be made to function like the "Edit" button if the user clicks anywhere in it.

We had initially said we wanted language written in the blue inactive version that prompted folks to get started. I can't remember what the language was or if we struck it for a reason.

So, if we went to a white box (for those pages that haven't yet been transcribed), would we alter the inactive gray version that appears when you get to a page that has a transcription version? We got to think about the flow of this a bit more, but it certainly does need work.
