When attempting to add a tag while logged out, the user receives an error message, and the tag they tried to add is discarded, which is quite frustrating.
Ideally, the error message should instead allow users to login in the popup itself. This is how the contributions workspace works:
If possible, the system should also then save the tag they attempted to save before being logged in.
