This is related to #77, but more of a new feature request. We should expose more user data in the API user search, to include the data you find on their public contributions page in the UI. You should be able to search on a user (or multiple users by a set of fielded criteria) and get back data about them like number and type of contributions, and the tags contributed, the pages contributed to, etc.
