Advanced search: Show archival descriptions fields by default #86

Users should see the archival descriptions fields by default in the advanced search, instead of having to select a data source first. The other data sources (web pages and authorities) which are less likely to be desired by users should appear collapsed. This could be done with tabs, instead of checkbox-selection, for the three data sources; archival descriptions would be the active tab by default.

(Note, this would mean either we don't think it's important to have an option to get web pages and authorities mixed in with archival descriptions, or there needs to be some additional way to combine data sources, since tabs imply the data sources are either/or.)

This issue is now represented by requirement 1.1.1.6 in R1P2 Increment 1.
