I am putting this in here so we can track it; it's already part of the SyRS. The IQS comment is:
"This is a new requirement to support the capability to display hover text descriptions over the labels for the parametric search fields on the Advanced Search screen. It will assist users with understanding what the parametric search fields and search terms mean and how to utilize them to perform a search under the Advanced Search page."
This issue is represented by requirement 16.8 in R1P2 Increment 1.
