For users who are trying to contribute to records, it would be a useful feature to be able to filter out tagged/transcribed/translated records, so that you can see only the ones not yet done. This could be used by someone searching on their own, and also by us to create URLs for missions which only contain untagged/untranscribed records (e.g. "catalog.archives.gov/search?q=railroads&transcribed_status=no").
